Pat Sajak shades Paula Abdul over her 'lack of awards' in blunt Celebrity Wheel of Fortune exchange
PAT Sajak has thrown shade at the fabulous Paula Abdul for not securing a coveted EGOT status on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
The American Idol alum faced off against comic Lil Rel Howery and actor Matt Rogers on Wednesday night.

As the spotlight hit Paula, 61, during the interview segment, Pat, 77, couldn't resist taking a swipe.
"Paula Abdul is here!" he announced, seemingly innocuous.
But then came the low blow.
"Let's do the awards; you've won yourself a couple of Grammys right? A couple of Emmys."

And then, the dagger: "No Tonys?" Pat probed, leaving Paula visibly irked.
"Not yet!" she shot back, undeterred.
But the "Straight Up" '80s songstress wasn't one to back down.
In a move that could only be described as fierce, she unleashed a kick dance move that had Pat in stitches.

Trying to diffuse the tension, Pat turned to the audience.
He declared: "By the way, the most impressive thing you'll see in the next hour is Paula's leg kicks.
It really is - uh - frightening."
HARSH HOST!
This isn't Pat's first rodeo in the shade-throwing arena.
Just last week, he took a dig at Lauren Lapkus during another Wheel of Fortune interview, questioning her fame.
"When you do a lot of guest appearances, you must get that look like, 'Why do I know you?'" Pat quizzed.
Lauren revealed that she often plays along with fans who think they know her from somewhere, specifically high school.
"I'll let it go on for a long time because I don't wanna - what if we did, you know? And then I'm like being rude saying, 'I'm an actor.'"
Pat, never missing a beat, responded with a sassy hand wave, suggesting fans might ask her to "list her credits," only to shut her down with a casual, "No, I didn't see that."
Lauren, a good sport, confessed, "That just happened to me at Trader Joe's. A woman was like, 'I know you from something, what are you in?'

And I was like, 'Uh-uh - I was in Jurassic World, I'm trying to buy groceries, I feel really lame telling you the things I was in!'"
Celebrity Wheel of Fortune airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC and Hulu.
